We are looking for an engaged and driven Service/Damage Advisor for our repair and general workshop - Motorcentralen Bil och Kaross at Spinnvägen in Umeå.

We work with one of the strongest brands in the market and now we need to strengthen our workforce.

About the position

With us, you will have a varied and developing role where you become an important part of our team. The team consists of 11 technicians and 4-5 service/damage advisors with different areas of expertise, as well as receiving staff. We work with high competence in all positions to help our customers in the best way possible.

As a service/damage advisor, you will:

Have daily customer contact and focus on the customer's needs.

Create cost estimates for service and repairs.

Order spare parts (original and from external suppliers).

Calculate damages on crashed cars in CABAS.

Plan the technicians' workdays and ensure material availability.

The computer is your primary working tool.

Qualifications and personal qualities:

We are looking for someone who:

Is solution-oriented and enjoys collaborating.

Has an interest in developing yourself and our processes.

Preferably has experience with systems such as Winassist, ETKA, ELSA, CABAS, or SAGA (but we are happy to teach you if you have the willingness!)

Wants to work with continuous improvements and a forward-thinking attitude.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in the industry, but it is not a requirement. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
